This is the "budget brother" of the original......The original Ocean Treasures aquariums have a center tube to funnel all the wires. The original also comes with a "REEF" to completely hide the wires. The original is also close to $400!! The photo can be a bit deceiving as this unit DOES NOT INCLUDE A REEF. If you want the reef, you can get it for around $30 at petsmart. HOWEVER, for the money, we are very happy with this unit. The LED light stick is very nice; and the small filtration unit is sufficient for an aquarium this size. Set up is easy. Just be aware you will need a heater; and, because of it's heigth, a bubbler is a must.
